From Grapes to Wine

 Summer Flowers every year between the rows

  Grapes are nearly ready

  We pick the grapes by hand

  Again we look closely and take away bad grapes

 Grape stems are reused as fertiliser in the vineyard

 Grapes fermenting in the Terra Cotta Amphora

  3 times a day stirring to oxygenate, about 2-3 weeks

  Skin and stones gets separated from the juice

 Cleaning properly by hand

  While we clean the Amphora, juice rest in steel

  Skin and stones goes to distillery to make GRAPPA

  Wine is maturing for 10-12 months

      Wines goes into bottles = now we have a product
